Enso Sushi & Grill

Really enjoyed this place. It is a little smaller and we appreciated that while there was music playing it was quiet enough that it don't interfere with your ability to have a nice conversation. The staff was very friendly and made some great recommendations. Also loved that they had a variety of appetizers and sushi rolls that you won't find other places. They were unique and really good. We will absolutely be returning.

The sushi was fresh and delicious! The Chirashi bowl and Toro trio roll were great. Also, our server Alex is very nice and knowledgeable.

First time at Enso and everyone in our party was impressed by the variety of choices in the menu, the service and the taste of the food! We ordered sushi rolls and nigiri and every item was fresh and delicious. Surprisingly on a Saturday night the restaurant was only half full. We will definitely be back again soon!

The fish was unbelievably fresh, and there were a handful of creative rolls that were a little bit different from what I've seen elsewhere. They were good but the nigiri, sashimi, and traditional roles were outstanding. We had a couple of seasonal cuts, including Toro and King salmon that surprised us with how good they were especially the king salmon is none of us typically love salmon for sushi. We went over Labor Day weekend yet I was surprised only a handful of tables were full so the ambience and people watching were a little underwhelming, but you're still spending the same amount as you would for a downtown Denver sushi experience. However, the fish quality was extremely high and that's most important. I would definitely go again.

Amazing service. Delicious fresh fish. I eat sushi for a living. I love sushi and sashimi and am so picky in landlocked states. This place kills it. Great job. Love it and will return!

Our friend from out of town described it as the best sushi experience he has ever had. Admittedly, the company was pretty good, but the sushi was wonderful. I'll admit to some disappointment about the baked mussels. Would not order again, but everything else was truly perfect. The scallops (hotate nigiri and scallop tiradito) at Enso are some of the most delicious in the metro area.
