“The food is great here. But what's really amazing is the service. This place is always packed and crazy busy. But the staff is so well organized and efficient they move through hundreds of people an hour. I've been in thousands of restaurants over the decades, and by far, this place beats them all for customer service and quality food.“

“Met up with a few friends to grab food and drinks and decided on checking out Spitz. Couldn't have picked a better venue. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. 2000's pop punk was looping through the speakers and the walls were covered in murals of the same era. The custom drinks were also amazing. Perfect spot to hit up before a Fiddlers Green show or just to catch up with friends. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Their breakfast burritos are very good. They come with green chiles, which add just the right amount of heat and flavor to an otherwise standard breakfast burrito. They also have an assortment of salsas, which I look forward to trying as I revisit the establishment. The owner is very pleasant as well. Definitely recommend this place, especially for breakfast!“

“Bird Bakery in Denver is an absolute gem! The service was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I tried their homemade oatmeal cranberry cookies, and they were deliciously fresh with the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness—definitely a must-try. Their coffee is equally impressive: strong, smooth, and clearly crafted with quality beans. It’s rare to find a place that excels in both baked goods and coffee, but Bird Bakery nails it. We live in highlands ranch, where there is a Nekter, but drive to this location for the staff and product quality. The same order tastes so much better at this location than the others! It’s worth the drive, and the price for this level of service and excellence.“

“Best I can tell, this is a drive-thru-only location. We had milkshakes that were good. (DQ's and Chick-Fil-A's chocolate shakes are better though.) There was one problem: they were too thick to pull through a straw without face-contorting effort. That's a big problem when the only thing you have is a straw! It must be REALLY hard to make a shake of the right consistency, given how often this happens.“

“I contacted the DTC location for a catering order after getting the run around from the DU location while trying to plan my dad's memorial. Sean White the catering manager was amazing to work with. He turned my very disappointing experience into the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. He went above and beyond to get everything handled, was very prompt and had everything set up very quickly. The food was very well received and liked by everyone. He was able to meet everyones dietary restrictions.I would recommend the catering at the DTC location to anyone.
