“Absolutely amazing mom-and-pop restaurant! The food was hands down some of the freshest we’ve ever had. The lamb chops were incredible—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The gyro platter was easily one of the best we’ve ever eaten.
The dolmades, hummus, and warm pita were all absolutely delicious, and the baklava was the perfect sweet ending. The owner even gave us a complimentary piece, which was such a thoughtful touch.
This is truly a two-person operation, and it’s impressive how everything still came out quickly, fresh, and made to order. You can tell they cook everything from scratch with care and take great pride in their restaurant.
If you’re looking for authentic, fresh, and delicious food, do yourself a favor and eat here—like yesterday! Support this wonderful local business. You won’t be disappointed!
To all the Scrooges complaining about leaving a tip or paying full price for dessert—maybe eating out isn’t for you. Leaving a bad review over that is ridiculous. This is a hardworking mom-and-pop restaurant with amazing, fresh food. Support small businesses instead of tearing them down over something so petty.“

“Met up with a few friends to grab food and drinks and decided on checking out Spitz. Couldn't have picked a better venue. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. 2000's pop punk was looping through the speakers and the walls were covered in murals of the same era. The custom drinks were also amazing. Perfect spot to hit up before a Fiddlers Green show or just to catch up with friends. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Wish I could give this place 10 stars. I got into an accident right in front of here on a cold January night and ended up having to wait 3 hours for the police to show up, and then another hour on top of that for the tow truck. The staff was AMAZING and let me sit here for a total of 4 hours until I was finally able to leave when the tow truck came. Since my car was totaled, there was no way for me to sit in it and wait for hours, so I don’t know what I would’ve done if they hadn’t been so gracious and sheltered me from the cold. The staff was extremely nice to me and really calmed me down after the whole experience. I was a complete crying wreck and the guys there went out of their way to make me feel better. They even offered me a free drinks while I was there! I can’t thank them enough! It really restores your faith in humanity. I hope to get back there someday soon to leave whoever’s working a big tip, to try and pay back some part of the overwhelming kindness I received that night!“

“We love Pete’s, it’s become a staple for us as we live in the neighborhood. You can tel us family run, the inside is humble, so comfortable and cozy. The food is always great, we love the gyro plate. Great serving size, always quick and great service. We routinely do pick up as well and the food is always great!“
