Hapa Sushi Grill and Sake Bar

Had to leave another google review after my recent one was clearly deleted or reported by the establishment. The food and atmosphere was fine, I was however shocked to see a sushi chef by the name of Benny completely yelling at and belittling a server as management did nothing to stop it. What an uncomfortable environment this creates for your customers. I hope you guys remember this is still service! And everyone should be treated with respect, even the servers. Will not be back

Ordered takeout at 7:25pm. The “promise time” for the order being ready was 8pm. Arrived at 7:58pm and they said it needed 10 more minutes.

Sat near host desk and patiently waited until 8:15pm and asked for an update. Finally got my food at 8:20pm

Only ordered 2 rolls and 1 app so not sure what the hold up was. Restaurant was half empty and lots of staff just standing around.

We used to love their downtown location but this one is such a disappointment. Look elsewhere!

Made a reservation for my partners birthday and was seated right away. Our server Ella was so nice and informed us of sushi rolls that were sesame free (allergy) and even the manager Jarred came out to the table and made sure that the allergy was properly accommodated. She also recommended the Big Kahuna roll (new favorite). Huge shoutout to Ella and Jarred, thank you!

I had such a great experience at Hapa Sushi. My mom and I came in today to celebrate her birthday and we had such excellent service I had to give a review. Emilia greeted us at the front desk with such a positive attitude and then our server continued with the same. Her name was Melina. Overall so happy with this experience and we definitely will be back.

Hector, Jason, and Min-Min created an extravagant culinary experience for myself and my team. World class sushi and service, and we can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an elevated dining experience.

The food is consistently good. Service was decent, could be better detail oriented but nice overall. All in all worth it for a nice evening out.

Min Min was absolutely AMAZING! Banny was so wonderful. Min Min kept my gf and I entertained and laughing the entire sushi experience. Such a great time. The food was delicious and authentic. Truly, a very wonderful experience. Thanks Min Min and Banny! Will be coming back again!

Have been here many times before but not in a while. Came for lunch and sat outside and so excited to be here. We waited 10 minutes with no greeting at all. A waiter did come out and address a table next to us, but said nothing to us. Not even someone will be with you in a moment. We finally left. Went to tell the hostess and the hostess was on the phone and also ignored me. I am so disappointed.
