One of the best Denver breweries in the game! Super chill vibe, tons of merch, and delicious beers. Came specifically to try their patchy waters, pumpkin ale. Did not disappoint. Can’t go wrong with gluten free either. Mike was so friendly. Also a great place to catch a football game. And lots of great seating out front. Can’t wait to come back to try more brews!

Behind the bar, you pour with grace,
A smile that lights up this whole place.
You know just what we’re thirsting for,
And Fat Randy’s IPA, we adore.

From Holidaily’s golden brew,
A gluten-free sip, crisp and true.
With every pour, you lift our cheers,
Serving the best, year after year.

So here’s to you, our trusted friend,
Where craft and kindness never end.
Raise a glass, a toast, and say,
We’ll savor Fat Randy’s IPA all day!

Cheers to good beer and great bartenders!

Killer spot. You won't even know it's gluten free...promise!

This place is an amazing find for beer fans, especially the gluten free crowd. Holidaily has 10 gf beers on draft. After two years of being celiac, it was very refreshing to find a Delicious selection of beers. The staff is awesome and very inviting!

This is absolutely my favorite place now. I am so happy to be able to sit down and have some beers and not feel awful. I’m such a beer lover but hate how it makes me feel. This is NOT an issue here. The ambiance is great even in a hot day. Come here and have a great time!!

This place and “just be kitchen” are in the same place, and it’s the same business. The brewery is well rated, but the kitchen is a disaster and that’s the only food here. To order food, there is 1 iPad type device. This creates long lines for no reason while people figure out how to order. We ordered, and it took 1 hour to get food on a Thursday at lunch. We saw our food in the window, but they never called it, so we went and checked and they just said “oh, yeah that’s your food”. You order yourself, you get your own silverware, you pick up your own food, but then a tip is expected? For what? At the end of our meal, they told us to bus our own table. Every single customer in the place was visibly upset, and every single customer had to go back to the counter to figure out what was going on. We will never be back here.

If you are gluten free or keto, this is the place for you! All of the beers are gf, ant they have great beer-bucha blends! The food is also great, and all of, nut, seed, soy, corn and refined sugar free!

The beer on tap is better than anything I can get in store worth the trip and the food was gf and delicious too

Love the Riva stout! Wish they had it canned for take away as well. Haven’t been able to find it in the last couple years that way. Been to a few breweries that either prepare gluten-free beer or gluten removed beers, but most have told me that they can’t gluten remove from stouts or darker beers. This one taste as good as many stouts I used to be able to drink years ago. My husband enjoyed the IPA too, and he says it stands up to most non-gluten-free IPAs.

Friendly service from Lauren, tasty food with their side kitchen (and health food at that), and gluten free beer that is actually pretty damn good - Holidaily is somewhere I would definitely recommend for any celiac or person who just doesn't like gluten looking for some good beer and food!

The service was great and the drinks are quite tasty.

Holidaily is one of the best gluten-free breweries in the United States. Their main brewery is in Golden, but I love having their satellite brewpub in nearby Centennial. I go there with my wife (who is gluten-intolerant) at least once a month. All of their beer is pretty good (by GF standards), and I especially enjoy their Fat Randy. Some of their sours are also nice. However I was very sad about the partnership with Just Be, who took over their kitchen. While I can appreciate the benefit to those with celiac who now have a gluten-safe food option, for the rest of us it's been a bummer no longer being able to brown bag our own food into the brewpub. I gotta be blunt here: Just Be is overpriced, under-seasoned, and just doesn't taste very good. (Their food in Greenwood Village is still better than at their main restaurant in Denver, but that's not saying much.) But aside from that, I'm very happy with this brewery, and it's a fun destination for even the non-gluten allergic. We take friends here often. I just have to remember to eat before arrival.

I don’t have any allergies but I’d happily drink gluten free when it tastes this good! Had the sour and it was really good - not too sour, just sour enough. The location is great with lots of people watching and the outdoor space is nice. I didn’t eat any food, but saw plenty and it looked and smelled really good.
