The girl looking like a rainbow who hates life was very rude gave dirty looks after she put tomato’s on my sandwich was attempting to just take them off when I asked her to remake it she rudely asked if I was allergic, no I just want my food prepared how I ordered it, she slammed it in the trash can and skimped the new sandwich. I said thank you 3 times with no response. I usually have good experiences with Jimmy John’s but I’ll never be back here, sad it’s so close to work.- a simple apology and a you’re welcome would’ve made a huge difference.

I ordered through the app and not only did my delivery driver never show up with my food, the store is not answering their phone. I have had multiple issues with this store in the past, and this is the final straw. I will not be ordering from this location any longer. Thanks for stealing my money, Jimmy John's. We got take out and I didn't realize they gave me the wrong sandwich until later, ouch! It was too far to return so I went ahead and ate it. The sandwich was good, but not what I wanted.

Ordered curbside. Checked in, waited 7 mins & no one came. I call the store & they informed me they usually just let people pick up inside. But they could bring it to me . What is the point of curbside?! Why are you telling me you can bring it out like I didn't order my food that way.. After waiting a few more mins I get out with my sprained ankle (hence the curbside) and go inside.. they met me at the door with ny food.. get back to work & the food isn't even mine. Not even close to what I ordered & definitely not even an edible sandwich. 2 shreds of turkey & 3 slices of cheese & no bacon. I ordered a club lulu (turkey club w bacon ). This is my second issue at this location, first time was delivery so I decided to pick up.. the place just sucks Nope never again.

Really disappointed that I pay extra for things on my sandwich and when It arrives, both the extras and my money is no where to be seen!Won’t be ordering delivery anymore. That way i can check my items before leaving to ensure I’m either give a refund, or I’m aware before leaving the store so they can provide me with the extras I paid for. Thanks!

Giving these guys 5 stars because honestly to me the food is more important than anything else. I used to think I just hated sandwiches until I tried Jimmy John's. Turns out everyone else just makes bad sandwiches. It took one day when I was just desperate for some food and Jimmy John's was the only options and I broke my lifetime vow of hating sandwiches and tried one to fall in love with this restaurant. Their bread and meat is just unlike any other. I see a lot of people giving them a lot of flack for their customer service. To be fair, as an incredibly regular customer (visiting several times a week for months now), I have experienced a little bit of this. The workers are not the most bright, chipper, happy-to-see you that I've ever seen, and they aren't the best at interacting with customers. They do also have very long wait times, especially for delivery. But 9 out of 10 times they get my order right, and 10 out of 10 times, the food is to DIE for. So honestly, they don't deserve the low rating on Google Maps in my opinion. There is a reason they are crowded at lunch time. The food is fantastic. Normalize caring more about the quality of the food than whether or not the overworked and underpaid and highly stressed millennial and gen z workers smiled at you or not. ;)

This place is filthy. Proper food handling protocols were not being followed. And the person working there was so checked out with air pods in with no people skills.The health department needs to make a stop here.

I like the lettuce wrap. Pretty easy to stop in and grab food. The pricing to add a tea and chips was high and surprising. Young men working did a good job.
