I ordered through the app and not only did my delivery driver never show up with my food, the store is not answering their phone. I have had multiple issues with this store in the past, and this is the final straw. I will not be ordering from this location any longer. Thanks for stealing my money, Jimmy John's. Real quality service you have there.
Normally the subs here are ok but this last order was horrible. The bread was hard as a rock. I asked for extra lettuce and barely got any. What's the deal here? Definitely won't be going here again.
