I am a loyal customer, 3+ years. Countless coffee, lunch meetings, etc. Their rewards system provides you with a free lunch once earned. Today was my free lunch. He informs me that they have a new rewards system and are not honoring the old system. I complained that I had earned a free lunch, and he nonchalantly replies "yep, that's happening to a lot of people". These are your repeat customers, you know, the ones that you count on to sustain a good business. Poor foresight, poor management, poor customer service. It's not about the lunch, it's about how you are treating proven advocates of your business when this issue was so easily avoidable. This loyal customer will not return.

I used to go there often, but I’m the past 6 months or so the food has become terrible. Burger King comes to mind when I eat it. Nice atmosphere.

Didn’t even he to try the food or coffee because when I walked in I had to use the restroom and I was going to get something (because it was cold outside) after I came out! My friends and I were in line for a concert when her husband came back in line with some fries! We walked over to the place and walked in straight to the bathroom when an employee loudly screams “ restrooms are for customers only” how embarrassing first of all people Look over as I am walking into the bathroom! That’s when I decided not to purchase anything because how rude! My friend did purchase something because she’s felt bad but I refuse to spend money where people treat you like that! When I told the lady who seemed to be the owner she really didn’t care that her employee had done that! Said oh I’ll talk to him! Yeah right! I do not recommend coming her at all! A little respect goes a long way!
