Great chicken sandwich

It's been a downward spiral since they removed the plates. The only thing left on the menu I want is the sandwiches. However as of recently the toppings have decreased by 2/3. Now for 2 dollars more you can get triple the food in a bowl. I don't like their bowls either so I'm between a rock and hard spot. I typically order an additional side with my sandwich but the last few times even that has been cut in half. The decision has been made to put Mod on pause until they figure it out or just move on and quit eating here altogether. As a long time decade long patron it's really sad to see. Heading to Sprouts to get more food for lunch. Hope to see you in the future Mod and team.

Been here with my friend who ordered once before, and was already uncertain about this choice because all of the reviews. Gave it a try and it went far above my expectations! The Seoul Bowl was my favorite but it is not on the menu anymore, they should bring it back! In the following days, I tried the Curry Salmon and Lemongrass Ahi Tuna, both were really good protein bowls, especially the Curry Salmon that just hit me with its amazing flavors. The sandwiches were a little bit disappointing for me, the bread was really hard and the sauce was flavorless when I like heavy flavors, but the sides such as the broccoli and Mac & Cheese were a highlight! Will be back for the Curry Salmon and the broccoli!

I ordered online and the wrong salad was made. They fixed it right away with friendly customer service. My salad was delicious!

Despite the fact that I got broken up at this place, I really enjoyed the salad. I mean, If your heart's gonna get broken and your confidence is going to get shattered, at least you're in a space where you can eat your feelings.

Very good healthy meal options. Their bread is really good, very good salad choices.
