Not impressed and would not recommend it. A friend recommended this place to me and praised everything from the food, the employees, the cleanliness of the restaurant, EVERYTHING. I finally caved and ordered the regular Spicy Ahi with an Ube Latte, sounds simple enough right? Keep in mind, I wasn’t ordering during lunch rush; I ordered around 2:30. Not only did my order not get here until 3:10-ish but my bowl barely had any of the Sriracha Aioli flavor and a sad amount of rice as well as the boba pearls in my Ube Latte tasting starchy and had a nasty after taste (not sure if it was the drink itself or the boba pearls). After a couple messages with my Doordash Delivery guy, I found out he had to wait roughly 25 minutes for my order. Once he was able to get it, it took him all of 10 minutes to get it to me. As I’m writing this I am also looking through some of the other reviews posted and according to others your restaurant’s staff is not only slow and rude, but you have a habit of consistently getting orders wrong and not preparing food correctly? Is this a staff issue or should we consider this a management issue, whatever the case, I will not be ordering from here in the future and advise those who read this to do the same.
