The staff was all on the younger side, but they did a great job. The app has really good offers and rewards. The order I placed today was a buy one, get one, free offer. Their pizzas are really good. I didn't try a flatbread, but the sourdough pizza crust was really tasty.

I would not recommend this place!! It is run very poorly and the point of sale staff(people who take your order and ring it up)act like they do not like their job. Takes forever to place your order and get your food even at 1:45pm when it was really slow! My soup was lukewarm and didn’t want to ask to reheat it like I had to previously as it takes forever for someone to bring it back to you!! I believe it’s a family owned business but it doesn’t seem like they are very involved. Tried using my rewards and getting my phone app scanned but it shows that there is an error. Probably doesn’t like customers using rewards for future purchases.

I have been an original fan since the late 80's and have never had a problem until I visited your store in Colorado off of Arapahoe road. I always have ordered your Italian sandwich even though it isn't on the menu without any problems or push back. On 5/28/25 I proceeded to order a large Italian sandwich and the cashier said she wasn't aware of an Italian sandwich. She then called her manager over and she informed me that they only make it available for catering. I informed her that I have always ordered at other stores without any problems and I have ordered it from that store on two other occasions and they made them. She said as long as she has been there they haven't done it unless catered. Since it is quite a distance I don't get to visit the stores because they are quite far and I was highly disappointed. Your cinnabons were also quite dry.

Ordered from the website for delivery. They had DoorDash deliver to me. Delivery driver went to a completely different location than where I am and wanted me to come to him. Claiming he could not leave the location he claimed he was sent to. He put the food on the street, took a picture, and claimed DoorDash would reverse the order. I don’t believe that. Once I see the refund on my card I will delete this review but this is honestly so insanely unprofessional. I’m down close to $30 and don’t have the food I paid for.

The Albuquerque Turkey sandwich is my favorite! We used to frequent this chain back in Texas, but there is not one in north Idaho. It was great to discover that Denver had one.
Best sandwiches!!! I wish there were more locations in the Denver area! Been here at least 5 times and the food is always fresh and tasty. Always busy but I can see why. A little pricey but it’s worth it! 😋
Schlotzsky's is always a winner for me. The amount of contents in the sandwiches is usually plentiful and the flavors are spot on. The food is usually prepared quickly and the orders have always been correct.

I have been coming to this place since it was Abilene in Aurora! That should tell you how long I've been supporting your business!! The owner he used to be so nice to me but now he's old, Mean, grumpy, and could care less on how customers are treated! My online order was supposed to be ready at 4:03pm and it states to pick up at the window, I get there by 4:25pm and my order is still not ready and the owner comes out being rude and to move away from the window! I ordered online for a reason just having surgery! Had to wait even longer for my food and they could've just refunded me and I go on my way! I had a big order and the wife did not want to give me enough hot sauce for my order! Stingy! Maybe it's time for you guys to retire and close it down since you no longer know what customer service is and going above and beyond to make it right. Won't be returning after this horrible experience!! BTW thanks for the stale bread on my 6 sandwiches!!
