The reason they got a 3 star from me, is because I go there a lot. I get an expensive drink and ask for no foam. Today the guy told me to not get excited. I was on the phone and had to get out of my car and go in because they scoop out an inch of my drink that costs 7 bucks. This happens a lot. I wasn't mad but my friend asked me why I had to go in, because I was on the phone and that's what the employee said to me. So then that upset me. I spend about 160 a month there....
This is my favorite Starbucks location. I feel like their customer service is just unmatched. The staff is also so friendly and efficient. My drinks always come out to perfection. Truly the holy grail of Starbucks locations
The food here is great! I like the new apple chai!! And it sucks leaving just 3 stars because I like this place a lot. There is an Asian lady who works the drive through window who has really bad energy. I complimented her pumpkin hat today and told her that it made me happy seeing the staff dressed festively for fall. But she was like a robot, and the energy felt icky.
