I ordered 2 cakes with toppers for Saturday 3/9/24 at 10:30am. The woman with the dark hair was really rude. I love your cakes but I didn't like the customer service that was provided. I had my brother stop at the store in highlands ranch to get toppers that had the ribbon.

This was the worst Bundt cake I have ever had. Half the size it used to be and so old and dry it crumbled when I put a fork in it. It was so inedible I just threw it away along with my $9 I spent on it. Very sad as I used to enjoy them!

Have been going to this bundt shop for years. Ordered cakes for every Birthday and party we had. Always a good experience. However, in the past year or so the cakes seem heavy and the flavor seems a little off. This week was my Daughters Birthday, I purchased 2 small bundts. Since it was her actual birthday day, she usually would get a little free mini bite. Today when I asked about it, the girl up front didnt know anything, a man popped out from the back and asking me if I had a code!! I asked what code? He just said a code!!! I said nvm and left with my 2 little bundts. After spending 100's of dollars at this shop, why would I try to get a free mini bite cake? lol Will not return after being treated so rudely. ~~ UPDATE ~~ Nothing But Bundt Cakes gave my Daughter her Birthday Bundt Bite.

We used the Bundt shoppe for our wedding cake in 2014 and we have been getting their cakes to celebrate various birthdays ever since. Today we picked up a cake and were very surprised at how much smaller it was. The bundtie and 8inch were noticeably smaller in depth. It did not taste the same as prior years..it had a more artificial taste. The cake also crumbled when we sliced through it and seemed drier - definitely not what we were used to. We were always return customers because of high quality taste and generous/beautiful cakes but today was different. Something has changed and it just feels cheaper. Super unfortunate because we always recommended this place.

I come to this Bundt cake shop to take advantage of their gluten-free options. In the past they’ve always been very moist and delicious. But the last two gluten-free cakes I’ve gotten have been very dry and crumbly. It wasn’t just one flavor. It was the double chocolate, the vanilla, and it was the lemon. The frosting was not as creamy as it once was. So something has changed in the last six months or so since I got the last cake that was extremely delicious. We served it for a birthday celebration yesterday and none of the pieces were finished. Everybody thought they were not good. Very disappointing. Also, inside the shop, the displays just aren’t as good. In fact, when you walk in, you can see the back raw side of an antique dresser through the window which looks really bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
