Located in Aurora, The French Press is a favorite spot for breakfast and brunch. The menu offers many tasty options, including avocado toast with butternut squash hummus and a pomegranate drizzle, excellent French toast, and eggs Benedict done right with great flavor and quality ingredients. A prior sous chef highly recommends the Lox Eggs Beni and the Rueben. The chicken fried steak and eggs features eggs over easy and crispy breakfast potatoes, though the steak was on the thin side. The atmosphere is like a local diner with unique art and decoration, tall ceilings, and a big open space with plenty of tables. Service is very friendly and always great. It is counter service, then they bring the food. The place is often packed, and tables are first come first serve after ordering, so there may be a short wait. The French Press is a clean, organized business that takes pride in its standards and customer experience.
