First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!

I recently attended a Holiday Party at the Lake House @ Pelican Bay. It was fantastic! There was live music, multiple catering stations, firepits, a boat, excellent bartenders and staff! I would highly recommend the Lake House for any future events. It's such a beautiful beachfront property, I will definitely be coming back!

The Lakehouse is a top notch venue space. As a Denver-based event planner I have many options to choose from but from working with the friendly staff to the gorgeous views, why would I go anywhere else? I highly recomend holding your next corporate event or cocktail function here because the options are endless!

Went here for a wedding and the staff handled the situations that arose poorly. They were disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate. I know there are others who feel the same way. However, the reviews posted by those poeple have been deleted. People deserve to know the truth about a business and are entitled to share their experience.
