The Original Pancake House - DTC

If you are visiting from New Mexico, you may like the Green Chile sauce. It's not spicy like New Mexican cuisine, however it has wonderful flavor with just a hint of spice. We really enjoyed our experience here and loved everything. We will definitely be back to visit!

The person who sat us was RUDE! I chatted on the way to the table and was not acknowledged, like talking to a short wall
Eggs were over cooked, hard vs medium, and food in general was so so. Service was slow.
Sad, this place is usually spot on.

Never really had a bad experience coming here. The pancakes are so delicious that they don't even really need syrup to eat them.

I've been to four different Original Pancake Houses and each on does not disappoint. This particular location is busy but there always seems to be room. Pancakes are great as well as the Sourdough French toast. Omelets are huge and delicious.

This place is phenomenal. The servers are friendly, authentic yet bubbly and clearly passionate about the food. The food is nothing short of spectacular. They bake the Dutch baby pancakes fresh hourly. The eggnog French toast was delish! Bacon is thick and perfectly cooked. We went Saturday at 10 am and the wait was 45 min+ but worth it!!!

Seating situation is very crammed, not ideal for elders, or people with spacious medical necessities or general space.

Have gone to this restaurant for breakfast for years, and it never disappoints. Today, Miguel was our server. He displayed great customer service skills even though the restaurant was very busy... we appreciated his humor and patience.
