My first time to order, I asked for advice and it was suggested that I try their Indian Taco. I chose chicken, black beans, Osage hominy and seed mix. The base was a fry bread. It was satisfying and interesting. You wait in line to order similar to fast food places. Easy parking At Greenwood location. Busy lunch crowd. Only open Wed-Saturday.

2 adults: $50 2 entrees & 2 soft drinks1 fry bread taco and 3 bison ribs with a side was more than we could eat in a single sitting. (Despite my best efforts to destroy that taco.. It was huge!)I've never had fry bread and I didn't realize how much I prefer bison to traditional American beef... Until now!!Thank you, team Tocabe for the delicious food and the small amount of education one can get during a fast casual experience.More of these need to be in other places... Lots more!

Great lunch or casual dinner spot. It's kind of like chipotle, but I think it's better. You can build a plate for a bowl or even order buffalo ribs! It was my first time trying an Indian taco and WOW! The bread is amazing too. It's a must get. We'll try the medicine wheel nachos next time.

This place is delicious, I'm so glad the staff waited on us to make up our minds. They were so kind about it. As avid fry bread eaters we have to give the fry bread a thumbs up. We definitely will be coming back.

First time eating at the DTC location... and the food was so good! Healthy, tasty, fresh and the staff was fantastic. Such an easy (and delicious) way to support Native and local farmers, too.

Delicious fast casual American Indian food. I've been many times and came with friends after stopping at Grange Hall for drinks. The Indian taco on freshly made bannock bread is amazing. I chose chicken as it is juicy and full of flavor. The chili beans are my go to with the others being good too. You get to choose two of their salsas and then add lettuce, cheese and chipotle sauce if desired. It is very filling with a fork & knife necessary. We also tried the Wojapi Cup with fry bread. One piece of the delicious cinnamon sugar fry bread would have been enough for four people (we got a second. The wojapi sauce to dip is awesome; it is made with strawberries, blueberries and sugar. The credit card machine was not working so I'm glad I had cash to pay for the meal. I hope this didn't affect the business too much that evening. Will have to try the original location in the Highlands soon.

Don't go during off hours... I love this place, but only when the ingredients are fresh. I just went there at 3:45pm (Tuesday) and got an Indian Taco with chicken. The food must have been sitting there for hours. The chicken was so hard and dry it could barely be chewed, and the flat-bread was about the same. Very disappointing for the $14 they charged.

Outstanding fresh food. The Indian taco is great! You can customize with meat, beans, toppings as you want. Definitely worth repeat visits.

The shredded bison was tender and delicious. I still have dreams about the fry bread. You can tell everything was made with love. We’ll definitely be back for more.

My husband and I always make a point to stop here for lunch when we are passing through the area. I dream about their "taco" plate which is a big piece of fluffy fry bread (think of an airy, fried pita with even better flavor) with your choice of meat, salsas, beans, and sauces. The ground bison and beef are my two favorite meats that I have tried but the chicken is tasty as well. I love how you can customize your plate and get to enjoy a wide range of different flavors. Everything is seasoned perfectly and the portions will leave you feeling full and happy. Tocabe, please expand down to Colorado Springs, we would love to have a location here!

We've been to this restaurant a number of times and never had a bad experience. We actually drove up from Colorado Springs specifically to eat their Indian Tacos - that's how much we enjoy it! Excellent food, friendly staff, and a comfortable dining room.Parking: Parking is shared between several stores and restaurants, but we've never had a problem getting parking close to the door.

To copy is a weekly staple in our house. It is really tough to find great food that is really healthy. Tocabe checks both boxes! We highly recommend the Hominy and Green Chili's. The Taco bread is also great!
