Jay at Upstairs Circus was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great experience. She took the time to explain the projects, answered questions with patience, and kept the atmosphere fun and engaging throughout the event.

kiya is a blast every time we go. we typically will go once a year for my birthday and she’s been there every year! we love love love her vibe, the atmosphere, and everything about it. i am a little less artistic & very indecisive and she ALWAYS is willing to give her input and help out! this time, i wanted to try something new and she helped me figure out how to put it together. it’s such a great time. if she ever leaves, i’ll be devastated

Kiya was an absolute legend! So patient, laid back, and helpful! All which were super helpful for someone, like myself, who can't make decisions. I really appreciated her and honestly look forward to coming back on a Sunday to make sure I have the best possible service again!

Kiya is a really nice employee! We had fun with her. I’m actually obsessed with this place and going to bring everyone I know. I think they go above and beyond, so far I’ve been here twice and will be back for more crafts.

If you ever find yourself at Upstairs Circus, do yourself a favor and hope you get Alexia as your guide for the night. She is, no exaggeration, the absolute MVP of the entire place. Alexia somehow balances being wildly creative, unbelievably patient, and straight-up fun in a way that turns a normal night out into a full-blown experience.

From the minute you walk in, she’s got that warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years. She’s insanely knowledgeable about every project — whether you’re building something complicated or just trying not to glue your fingers together — and she jumps in with the perfect tips without ever making you feel clueless. And the cocktails? Alexia will point you toward exactly the right one like she’s some kind of mixology matchmaker.

Upstairs Circus is already an amazing spot to make art, mess around, and vibe with friends… but Alexia takes it from “really cool” to “I’m telling everyone I know about this place.” She’s the perfect mix of professional, creative, and just plain awesome. 10/10, would absolutely go back just for her.

Came for a friend’s birthday on Saturday and it was horrible from start to finish .
Birthday girl was disrespected and we just left in the middle of our projects that’s how awful the situation became .
The lady with the pink hair was specifically the WORSE .

When you book your reservation make sure YOU READ THE FINE PRINT . They will not tell you when you arrive and once you question it, the only response you’ll get is “you agreed to the terms when you booked”

The information we received was unclear and even though I wanted to pay cash THEY INSISTED I put a card on file . The reason is because if you have a party of 8 or more EACH PERSON will be charged an automatic 20% gratuity . Doesn’t matter if the service is trash , doesn’t matter if you plan on tipping cash- YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CARD.

The whole experience was horrible and definitely catered to a different crowd of people than us -which is fine, now we know to not ever spend our money or time around such unprofessional, useless people !

This place is a break from the usual. Also they have a genuine staff in here. No one hesitated to answer a single question. I made a bottle cap opener and it was a lot of fun. Also try their version of your favorite drink in the specialty cocktail menu!!!! The Trapeze Tea was delicious 😋
