Came for a friend’s birthday on Saturday and it was horrible from start to finish .
Birthday girl was disrespected and we just left in the middle of our projects that’s how awful the situation became .
The lady with the pink hair was specifically the WORSE .

When you book your reservation make sure YOU READ THE FINE PRINT . They will not tell you when you arrive and once you question it, the only response you’ll get is “you agreed to the terms when you booked”

The information we received was unclear and even though I wanted to pay cash THEY INSISTED I put a card on file . The reason is because if you have a party of 8 or more EACH PERSON will be charged an automatic 20% gratuity . Doesn’t matter if the service is trash , doesn’t matter if you plan on tipping cash- YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CARD.

The whole experience was horrible and definitely catered to a different crowd of people than us -which is fine, now we know to not ever spend our money or time around such unprofessional, useless people !

Great attentive service with just the right amount of help. Great variety of projects without being overwhelming. We had a great time and the mimosas are super good.

This place is a break from the usual. Also they have a genuine staff in here. No one hesitated to answer a single question. I made a bottle cap opener and it was a lot of fun. Also try their version of your favorite drink in the specialty cocktail menu!!!! The Trapeze Tea was delicious 😋

The stuff is great, very tentative, and helpful. Also, the moctails are amazing. They don't serve food, but you are welcome to bring in anything from the many restaurants around the place.

Extremely disappointed!! Drive down from Vail to decorate shoes with my daughters and my cousin. We had such high hopes for our matching shoes for our Vegas trip in Dec. We showed up for our appointment time and NO SHOES. We ordered the air force one Nike shoes well over a month ago. We got a half ass apology and a shrug of the shoulders. We are now going to just go get our own shoes and do it at home.

Planned our craft day here 2 months ago, was super excited because it was for my 21st birthday trip. They called early November to place the order for our shoes, we show up day of and they don't have our shoes 🙃. They have 2 size 10s, like okay what are 4 people supposed to do with 2 pairs of shoes? You're better off doing it yourself at home and getting wasted and not worrying about an uber then coming here. BOOOOOO 🍅👎🏻

We made a reservation 2 months in advance. They called us a week before confirming our shoe sizes so they can order them. We came the morning of the reservation and they didn’t have the shoes. We were really looking forward to doing this. Very unprepared and unprofessional.

This was a team building with my coworkers. What a fun way to spend time with people. Love creating something unique that I can take with me. Definitely make reservations to make sure they can accommodate. The staff is super friendly and made it fun. I did the 2 Charmz and I had to redo them. If you choose this one just one good hit with the hammer to emboss the letter. I was overdoing it. 🤣🤣

Was suppose to charge my $165 for 5 projects since none of us did the mimosas and ended up charging me $267!!!! They charged me for someone else’s drinks and added their own tip even though we tipped on our bar tab on a different card. They gave no receipt when they charged me either! Get your receipt before you leave and confirm what they will be charging you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our girls night out at Upstairs Circus.
No food, but you can bring your own in. Either from home or other restaurants. Just keep it small. Not much table space to waste on big food spreads along with the crafting stuff.
Cocktails: they had a nice assortment. I stuck with a seltzer, so can't speak to cocktail quality.
Atmosphere: fun, eclectic, good space to craft and socialize.
Service: helpful, fun, polite.
Pro: LOTS of fun craft options to choose from. So many I wanted to do!
Con: instructions are really not that great. Had to ask for clarification or help several times across 3 different projects (and we were a pretty crafty group). Staff were happy to help out though!
Highly recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Plan on at least 2-3 hours here.
