If you are ordering drive thru make sure you check everything is in there before you drive off the window .. last time they missed my order and had to go in to ask .Today also had to go in for straws and ketchups plus too salty fries ,their negligence can cost you time .When we went in to ask for less salty fries this is what they gave for a large fries and no salt at all. And when asked for some salts they literally took like 5 min hesitating to give it to me some salts. I had a toddler with me so I didn’t argue with them but there service is horrible literally all of them . I would never come in here again period.

Walked over there in a blizzard tonight. Ordered the Bourbon bacon combo large. The meat on the burger was older and tougher than my frozen rubber boots!! My fries were inedible! They were old too, and I think they dropped the salt shaker in them! All for 15 bucks!! Never again. That will be my one and only time there.

The worst experience I’ve had hands down at a food place EVER. Tonight looks like there are 4 guys working and instead of taking orders and doing their jobs like they’re supposed to, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line as they were too busy talking to take my order and then at the window, they were too busy to greet me and then waited to hand me my food, again, because they were too busy talking, and then acted like it was an inconvenience to hand me napkins. I really really hope that management sees this and takes care of this because it’s absolutely ridiculous that the customers should suffer because they have people that are too busy talking to do their jobs, hire better help, if this was my establishment, all of them would be out of a job. I won’t be returning to this wendys or any in the future and hope this helps others stay far, FAR away from this wendys.

Pull up and wait to be asked to order. Instead, after about two minutes hear "yep, whenever you're ready." Told after being handed half of our drinks to go around to wait. No please, no thank you. Watch the girl come out with the bag of what appears to be a big giant bag of our food- and no more drinks. We tell her we still are missing our drinks and frosties. She gets to the door and has to stand in the cold and wait to be let in. That's right, the door is locked shut. They hand her the drinks and she brings them to us. We head to our hotel and get inside to find... we are missing half of our food. That's right. The bag was huge, but it was missing half the food. Should have checked it all in the parking lot while they were standing there. We normally stay down the road in Elizabeth and work in this area- and we won't be coming back to this Wendy's. Ever. Ever. Again. The review that said to padlock this location is right. Something has got to give!

I figure that this Wendy's is expermenting with a new business model in which there is no management; no quality control/portion control/inventory control; no lighting on exterior menu; sometimes no food service with "computer problems" and a dude watching videos in the pay window who ignores you. Experiencing this store is kind of entertaining, so long as you don't eat the food.

My chicken was hard as a rock. I couldn't even finish it. Maybe I ordered a rock sandwich, I wouldn't know because the menu light has been out for months.

Let me first say that if I could give less than one star for this location, I would. Today I had the worst customer experience experience that I probably have ever had. I went through the drive-thru to order lunch for my family. I requested a burger that is currently discontinued, but that the ingredients are still available. When asking if they could make it, the person taking my order responded that they could. The only highlight of my visit was the nice young lady who took the payment at the drive-through window. She was incredibly sweet and had a great smile, and I hope that the horrible people that work around her do not make her miserable on a daily basis. After receiving my food, I noticed that we were missing some sauce. I waited at the window while two employees continue to ignore that I was still sitting there. Once they finally acknowledged me, I asked for the missing sauce, and the manager grabbed it and handed it to me without acknowledging much. We pulled into the parking lot to make sure that there was nothing else missing, which there was- two burgers and one drink was wrong. I went back into the restaurant to get the two missing items and fix the drink. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the woman working the counter looked at me several times without acknowledging me. I finally stopped her and asked if she could help me with something that was missing. When I told her what we were missing, she responded in a mocking manner that they "don't even make those anymore". The manager offhandedly said that they had made them but she forgot to charge me for all three that I ordered. They put the order in the computer and I needed to go get my money to pay for it. Once I had paid, I decided to handle fixing the wrong beverage myself. I found that there was no ice in the soda fountain. I went back to the counter to request some ice. The same woman again ignored me several times until I stopped her and asked her for ice, letting her know that the soda machine had none. She looked at me and just walked away. She came back a couple of minutes later with a cup full of ice that she dumped into my cup. While I continued to wait, I went and refilled the soda. As I was standing, waiting for my two burgers, I took a drink of the new soda... and it was flat. I went back to the counter to ask if they could refill it with the proper soda because the soda machine was flat. Upon asking, the same woman told me that I would "need to wait because there were many other orders in front of me and clearly they were busy". When I rolled my eyes and told her that I had already waited quite a few minutes for my order after already driving through the drive-through, she continued to berate and mock me. At one point she asked "what exactly do you want me to do? ". I responded that I'd like to speak to a manager and she motioned to the manager on duty who rolled her eyes at me. I made a comment that I thought the whole situation was ridiculous and she responded by telling me that I was "entitled ". All my response could be at that point was that she shouldn't call people names when she didn't know anything about them or their background. I finally received the food that I was waiting for after standing in the restaurant for 10 minutes, after going through the drive-thru. I will never go to this location ever again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. I know that it isn't very likely that people read a yelp review in regard to a Wendy's, but do yourself a favor and go to the next highway exit or down the street and get McDonald's.

Once again leaving another review because it's still horrible experience my boyfriend went inside to order because the drive-through was extremely long had not moved in like 10-15 min and he ordered at the kiosk and then had to do the card reader from the workers because they don't have one on their kiosk and she was extremely rude saying you need to tell me when you're done ordering otherwise I will never know to everyone walking in and still got our order wrong and I'm glad to know their phones are always disconnected so they can't get any feedback or get called about issues they've made and when I called corporate and stay on the line for an hour no one answers either y'all just need a shut down y'all are not happy with your job so just leave you guys complain when you have to make something again because you made it wrong the first time and mean mugging mean the entire time we are ordering or fixing your issue that you made I'm glad to know your customers are basically doing your job for you does close all the Wendy's on Arapaho all of you suck and can't do anything right and I'm also a door dasher so when I get orders at 7 PM at night they close whenever they feel like it and I'm glad to know their employees are sitting in the parking lot smoking and not alerting anybody that they closed early even though their online says they're open till 12 AM they never stay open past 7 PM anymore y'all got teenagers working that don't wanna work there so might as well shut it down

This was a bizarre experience. I went to Wendy's on Arapahoe, Wednesday at noon for lunch. From what I could see there were 4 employees working. There was a line of 3-4 cars in the drive-through, one customer inside eating and one customer at the counter struggling to enter her order in the Kiosk. After a few minutes she finally got her order entered but could not get the payment to work. It seemed clear she was struggling but the person behind the counter did not offer to help. The order failed and the lady stepped aside and waited for someone to help her. I then entered my order and when the payment screen came up the cashier helped me with the broken card reader which is help she did not offer the lady before me. She was still waiting for help. Once my order was placed I went to my car to get my phone. When I tried to come back in, the lobby door was locked. I knocked for 2 minutes but no one came to open the door. I then went to the drive-through and told the lady at the window. She said she would let someone know and let me back in to get my food. Two more minutes went by but no one came. I could see my food on the counter, getting cold; no one in line, and still no one came to let me in. Finally, the one customer inside who was leaving let me in. I relayed my experience to the cashier but she just curtly replied "the lobby is closed". As I ate my cold lunch many people came and left because they could not get in. Strangely, she would occasionally let some people in, but never more than one at a time. Clearly having any sort of line was way too overwhelming for this staff of 4.The food was fine, but cold. The lobby seemed clean. The Coke machine needs some serious calibration as the mixture was way off. It really seems time to just shut down and reboot. This operation in completely difunctional.

NEVER GO HERE!!! We came through the drive through at around 11:15PM, he told us they’re only accepting mobile orders so we parked and placed our order on the mobile app. We come back through the drive thru about 5 minutes later where he tells us that they’re currently closed even though they’re supposed to close at midnight. We explained that he just told us to place an order and he responded yeah sorry we’re closed and laughed. Then we went to the other Wendy’s in DTC and had the best experience, they easily took our orders and they were efficient. Failure on your team members part and I will be contacting further after this incident.

I normally only leave reviews when a place is great but this Wendy’s is horrible. The manager was in the drive through window and she was rude. This took forever, the point of a drive through is to be fast and we waited for 20 minutes and then they got our order completely wrong. And the whole time she stood there talking to an employee in Spanish, not working then we asked for sauce and she stood there holding it and talking for 3 minutes instead of just handing it to us. And the best part is, she gave us a completely different sauce than we asked for.

Horrid experience. Waiting in drive through for nearly 8 minutes. For all that waiting, one would think my burger and chicken nuggets would be hot...nope. warm and cold. Asked for BBQ sauce. Just one. Instead received 6 packets of EVERY flavor sans the BBQ. Submitted complaint via Facebook to no avail. If you want good food or just fast food - AVOID this location at all costs!!!

Placed a mobile order for drive through. Watched cars in the reverse out of line as it was taking too long to even place an order. Got to the speaker and was told to wait a couple minutes before I could even talk. Sat for a couple minutes was told to pull up and sat at the window for a good 5 to 10 minutes while the workers were chatting with one another not doing anything. Gave cold food so I don't even know what they were doing the entire time besides talking to one another. Also there wasn't anyone in front of me as they all drive away in frustration. The inside was clear of people as well. Probably the worst Wendy's I've been to.

Sat in the drive through waiting to order for 6 minutes till I said screw it and went inside. Two people in the front working. One taking orders and one cooking. Literally 4 other girls in the back just sitting there talking. At this point just fire everyone and start over. I walked out and went to McDonald's

Has the longest, slowest drive thru line. The lobby was closed so using mobile pick up wasn’t possible. The meaning of fast food has been lost. Obviously needs better management. And why don’t you people download the app to make all this faster?
