Everyone gets special care from the manager and chef.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and heart that makes this place so special. The family who owns and runs it is absolutely wonderful — welcoming, kind, and passionate about what they do.

And the food? Incredible. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Greek flavors, made with so much care and attention to detail. You can tell this is the kind of place where recipes have been passed down and perfected over generations.

It’s one of those rare spots that feels like home the second you sit down. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back again (and again!). If you haven’t been to Yannis yet — you’re missing out on something truly special.

Walked in for a late lunch and was immediately greeted with open arms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We ended up chatting with Yanni—who we later found out is the owner—and he couldn’t have been kinder. He checked in on us, had a full conversation, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the chicken lunch plate with salad and rice—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. To top it off, Yanni brought out a complimentary dessert: yogurt with walnuts and honey. It was so good! All around, amazing food and even better people. Will definitely return

The most disgusting Spanakopita I’ve ever had couldn’t eat it. Grease pooled on the plate. Couldn’t eat it. Glad too because looking at the state of the bathrooms with no soap I’d probity get sick. No pita bread served with cheese. Never in my life had I had such garbage service at a “Greek” restaurant. I guess people come here to drink not eat.

We had a wonderful time at Yanni's last night! We came in with a large group and their staff was super accommodating.
Our waiter Aidan S. was phenomenal at handling our table. He made sure our drinks and bread were always refilled and checked in on us enough without interrupting. Aidan did a perfect job splitting up our tab at the end even with parties not sitting together. He made the whole experience great.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect for a Friday night out. Appetizers and food came out in a timely manner and tasted amazing.
The owner also came around throughout the night passing out samplers of a liquor to everyone. It really made the dinner feel like a celebration among friends and a great local restaurant.

Yanni's is the best place to get Greek food around, and deserves more recognition as one of the best restaurants in Colorado! Yanni himself can be found at the restaurant greeting guests, and his staff is second to none. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. You'd be silly not to try the lamb!

My Gyros meat looked and tasted like pre-cooked frozen meat, like the Kronos Brand from US Foods or Sysco.

Very well made and traditional Mediterranean food here! A bit overpriced but you get plenty of food and everything is prepared and presented to perfection. One of the best Mediterranean stops around!
