We have been disappointed in some of the downtown restaurants but we spotted this one and thought we’d give it a try. It was absolutely delicious! In fact, it was so good that my husband got a brisket sandwich to go! Very friendly and excellent waitress on 11-28-25!
I’m ok paying high “BBQ prices” for good BBQ. But this was below average and still high priced. The flavorless “cornbread” in a cupcake wrapper was the straw that forced this review.
The meats are out of sight. Pork rib meat is tender and juicy. Crispy chicken, spicy was delicious. The fries and onion rings are solid too. We all enjoyed the mac, but it is a small side. The baked beans didn't thrill anyone.
Among the breads, only the cheddar biscuit was a stand out.
Staff was friendly and attentive at the counter.
