The food was great. The service was a little slow but I can't complain because the food was so good. The kitchen is right next to the dining area so it was a little warm that night but overall it was a great experience.
Unfortunately, the food was only fair to me. The salsa was good. We were there for a late lunch and didn't get any alcoholic drinks. Enjoyed sitting at the bar and reading all the different tequila bottle labels. So drinks and salsa would probably be cool there, but I'll have to take a pass on a return lunch or dinner.
Vegetarian options: Typical vegetarian choices - burritos, quesidillas, etc. Avoid the potato and cheese enchiladas.

This is the best Mexican food in Gunnison, and some of the next Mexican food I've ever had. The place is certainly on the smaller side, so getting a seat can be a wait, but it's 100% worth it.
