Horrible Customer Service directly from Owner; Business refuses to replace food that fell on floor at the to-go window as it was being handed off because they used a defective box & owner refuses to speak to me about it.

Got a Maui Chicken Bowl at the Artisan Rhapsody event in Vail this past weekend. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the panko breading was crispy and light. The rice was perfect - neither sticky nor dry. And the sweet/tangy sauce, I could have eaten with a spoon. Ekahi Grill serves delicious food with perfect portions at a fair price. Their spicy poke is a must-try, and the shrimp dish with volcano sauce is a highlight. The Maui Chicken Bowl is delicious with tender chicken, crispy and light panko breading, and perfect rice. The staff is friendly and efficient, with quick and exceptional service.
