“They make quite excellent pizza! It’s a specially equipped trailer just outside of Eagle River Brewing Company with a real wood-fired oven in the back (see the photos). We had a large group so we ordered 6 different pizzas. My favorites were the works, pizza with white sauce and sausage and mushrooms, and the Hawaiian. I loved the generous amount of toppings. “Stopped in to town on a refuel morning between camping days and picked up breakfast burritos from here. Owner was super friendly and updated us on the local situation before we headed back out on to the highway. We definitely felt welcomed by the owner and the ambiance. There was a baby Yoda picture on the wall to greet us. Our burritos were made from scratch and some of the best we've had anywhere. There were a few local regulars who stopped by and knew the owner by name, I take that as a sign of a good restaurant. We'll be back and I'd recommend this place to anyone.“

“I live all the way in Omaha, about 9 hours from the closest Rocky Mountain taco, my fiancé and I tried it while driving through last summer, we made a trip this weekend, specifically to get Rocky Mountain taco, that’s how amazing their food is. We have had both the taco truck and had great service and food and we have ate at the restaurant in Minturn, both times they were extremely busy but very friendly and food was quick and soooo delicious. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!!“
