Menu prices not accurate. When I brought this to the servers attention, he shrugged it off as no big deal. $17 Michelada?!? I'll pass from now on.

Stopped in to town on a refuel morning between camping days and picked up breakfast burritos from here. Owner was super friendly and updated us on the local situation before we headed back out on to the highway. We definitely felt welcomed by the owner and the ambiance. There was a baby Yoda picture on the wall to greet us. Our burritos were made from scratch and some of the best we've had anywhere. There were a few local regulars who stopped by and knew the owner by name, I take that as a sign of a good restaurant. We'll be back and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best restaurant in Gypsum. Rodrigo makes the food when you order it. Fresh and delicious. Don’t forget to have a margarita!

Unbelievable amazing food. Had the Chili relleno burrito and barbacoa burrito- best we have ever had!! I asked the owner to make me a margarita- his choice. Over the top delicious!!! Please make it a priority to stop here. You will not be disappointed!!!

I pulled off at Gypsum when I-70 was closed and was desperate for dinner - was lucky enough to stumble across this restaurant where I got a smothered chicken and onion burrito - delicious and HUGE and a great value. The guacamole looked delicious as well!

Barbacoa Tacos were delicious. The salsa was spicy even at medium. Had to go for seconds.

Stumbled upon this place when we left the airport, so glad we did. The food is made fresh when you order; including the salsa, guac, and chips. Everything we had was delicious and prices were reasonable.
