Stopped in to town on a refuel morning between camping days and picked up breakfast burritos from here. Owner was super friendly and updated us on the local situation before we headed back out on to the highway. We definitely felt welcomed by the owner and the ambiance. Unbelievable amazing food. Had the Chili relleno burrito and barbacoa burrito- best we have ever had!! I asked the owner to make me a margarita- his choice. Over the top delicious!!! Please make it a priority to stop here. You will not be disappointed!!!

I pulled off at Gypsum when I-70 was closed and was desperate for dinner - was lucky enough to stumble across this restaurant where I got a smothered chicken and onion burrito - delicious and HUGE and a great value. The guacamole looked delicious as well!
