My experience at Chili's was disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the service was abysmal. It took an eternity to place our order and even longer to receive our food. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience that left much to be desired.

We waited a while to be acknowledged. My daughter's salad was orangish and the cucumbers had been previously frozen. My Dad ordered hot coffee and had to wait for it to be brewed.

We went mid afternoon, and we were disappointed to find out that got rid of the no gluten tacos. Our server, an intelligent, helpful without being condescending young woman walked us through the menu and makeshift changes and everyone had a great meal.Our server was one of those people that you wished you could hire. She pointed out the things she had control over and what she didn't. When we go back we will look for her.
Chili's for us has been hit or miss, but gave it a shot again. Ordered the 3 for me with chicken enchilada soup. It was delicious! With the crispy chicken sandwich. All was very good and served hot.

The restaurant was nice and seemed clean. The host was friendly. The service was mediocre. I was hoping for gluten free options. There was nothing I could eat there safely. The food that I ordered was meh and was cross contaminated. I paid for it later. The waitress was no help with any knowledge about gluten free or any other dietary restrictions. The only reason I stayed was because the person I was taking out to eat picked that place. I'll never go again.Dietary restrictions: There are no real options. Cross contamination will occur, unfortunately.

Everything was great.I wish food wasn’t so expensive now lol, but we spent about 70 Dollars and had enough food to take home for later. The little video game on the table is great for kids. Not one outburst the entire meal!!!

Unfortunately this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The food tasted ok but mid way through eating my dinner I started feeling sick. I ended up vomiting not once but twice while there. Lucky I had only eaten maybe a third of the food because what I did eat came back out. On top of that, there were items added to our bill that we did not order and I’m still unsure if it was correct after paying because we were just trying to get out of there. Once I got home and was feeling somewhat ok, I called the restaurant to notify them what happened and was offered a gift card as if I would ever eat there again.
