We waited a while to be acknowledged. My daughter's salad was orangish and the cucumbers had been previously frozen. My Dad ordered hot coffee and had to wait for it to be brewed.
We went mid afternoon, and we were disappointed to find out that got rid of the no gluten tacos. Our server, an intelligent, helpful without being condescending young woman walked us through the menu and makeshift changes and everyone had a great meal.Our server was one of those people that you wished you could hire. She pointed out the things she had control over and what she didn't. When we go back we will look for her.

My experience at Chili's was disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the service was abysmal. It took an eternity to place our order and even longer to receive our food. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience that left much to be desired.
