Had a pretty terrible experience here. It seemed the wait staff was more interested in chatting together (including the managers) instead of helping diners. I noticed a lot of tables waiting for their servers.

My friend and I arrived early and let Kenna know we were waiting on others to join us. She was so understanding and patient, even though she was super busy. Despite a small mix-up with the order (which she quickly fixed and took off our tab), Kenna stayed apologetic, attentive, and kind throughout. Overall, she did a great job.
