CM Chicken - Highlands Ranch

This place never disappoints. The chicken sandwich is amazing, and my go-to is always the bulgogi dish. The food is consistently good, the service is always prompt, and the staff does a great job. Definitely one of my favorite spots for Korean fried chicken.

Great food but a very small shop, two tables and a few single seats. If you like Korean food or chicken, I recommend.

First time coming here and it's very disappointing. Chicken have great flavors but still a lil raw, not crispy. Service was very poor either. Never coming back.

My wife and I have been coming here since it opened and it never disappoints. CM Chicken is truly a gem amongst the chains of Highlands Ranch. The Original and Soy Garlic flavors are a delicious introduction for anyone who's never tried Korean Fried chicken. Their Kimchi and Kimchi pancake are crazy good as well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Everything about this place rings home to my boyfriend and I! We came here this afternoon and everything was absolutely incredible. The kimchi is closest to how my partner’s mother made hers. The owner, absolutely amazing. So sweet and so down to earth. We are absolutely coming back as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend!

The soy garlic wings were amazing!! I got the steamed dumplings too. I ate here because a friend recommended it and I'm so happy he did. Now you need to try it! Oh, the wings were massive too! It comes with 9 wings and I could only eat 4. My husband got the thighs and it was enough for two people and trust me, we have big appetites! 😅

Just tried this for the first time. Been wanting to for some time and it did not disappoint. Did three different flavors of drumsticks. My kids love drumsticks. The drumsticks were very meaty and perfectly fried. The curry and honey garlic were excellent. Excited to try the other flavors on the menu. Definitely will be going back.

This was bad. Ordered half chicken to go. Not sure what they gave me. There was a drumstick the size of a turkey leg. The rest was bits that didn't resemble chicken. I do not recommend.

Great little Korean style chicken place! We've only tried a couple of flavors, but we're coming back for more! Definitely recommend the garlic soy, and we're looking forward to trying the bowls as well.
It's a bit hidden since it is literally in the corner so we just discovered it. Very small dining area so order ahead for take out if you can.
