The food tastes better than most other fast-food restaurants in the area.
The service here is always horrible
Chicken fingers and honey mustard was good but I didn't care for the texture of the fries.
Machine in the front was out of ice and the doors locked around 2145 even though restaurant is opened until 11. It was annoying to have to get up and let people from our in. I didn't see a sign saying lobby had different his than the drive through.

Bummed because my spoonbender didnt have any toppings mixed in. I got 98% vanilla custard with Reeses sprinkled on top. Once I ate the top layer off, I was left with just plain custard. Too expensive to not really get what you ordered.
Really appreciate the response for the gift card! I went a second time to try again and same thing. Custard with topping sprinkled on top. It tasted good but just not what I expect when ordering from Good Times. I’ll go elsewhere when I decide to have ice cream. I was also disappointed because my fries smelled and tasted like fish. They had the limited time fish sandwich and they must not be changing out the oil or cleaning the fryer very often. My entire car smelled like fried fish and all I ordered was fries and ice cream.
The lady working the drive through was extremely short and rude. When I got to the speaker I politely said I had a mobile order. She rudely said, “okay. You’re going to have to wait in line.” I was a little confused and asked if I needed to come in. She said either way. I politely responded saying I don’t mind waiting in the drive through. She curtly said “okay then wait in the drive through” then cut off the mic without another word. I could literally hear the eye roll in her voice. To be clear, I was well aware that there were people in front of me that were being served first. I truly had no issue with that, but I had an issue with her attitude. When I got to the window she asked if I was there for a pickup and asked my name. She handed me my drink and food without a word, even when I still said thank you. She started shutting the window before I even finished saying thank you. Furthermore, when I got home and began eating, I noticed my burger was a little pink inside. If we have burgers at home we will leave some pink in them. However, as a food service worker myself I would never leave any pink inside a fast food burger. That makes me question if the food was even cooked to a safe temperature. Please train your employees to be more polite, especially when a customer has been nothing but polite. And please make sure food safety regulations are followed.
I attempted to reach out to good times for help. I initially did the feedback survey with my issues and received one response. The director of operations responded and apologized and asked for my address to send a gift card. I attempted to respond directly to his email and heard nothing back, nor did I receive a gift card. Furthermore, the email he sent me as “his” email wasn’t even a real email. I got a kickback when I tried emailing it after I never heard back from my first response. A few weeks later, I attempted to contact customer service through their website. I waiting nearly a week and got nothing back. So, I’m taking my experiences to the world of Google. I will not be returning to this location and I am advising my friends and family to avoid it as well.

Abbey gave us excellent service and was very friendly. She is the best representative of Good times that our family has experienced. We left feeling valued as customers and with a lasting impression. Well done. The food tasted better with super customer service

Lady working at the register working today at 2:45 needs some training on her customer service. Thanks for basically throwing my cup and change at me.

Location is consistent, food is always fresh, they’re fast and the restaurant is well kempt. Good times is a Colorado staple similar to in and out in California. We’ll keep coming back.
