Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I see some reviews complaining about it being greasy, well I mean it is fast food, it's all greasy. I just come here for a quick bite from time to time because it's better than McDonald's or Burger King. The onion rings and the Bambino 3 pack is the only thing I have ever purchased from here. I had a shake years ago and it was pretty good. The Bambino used to have a special sauce on it, it's no longer there, or maybe just not at this location? It was still good though.

We dropped by today, the day after christmas, and this one gal was working there. She was so stinking sweet! She had to work both the front and the drive thru but was very professional and kind. I don't know her name but she was the absolute best! We will be back! The food is always great too :)

Swung by late night for a burger. I got the Big Daddy bacon burger. Pretty good. Kinda dry tbh but could've just been the night. Service was great and there was little wait time. The fries were good and the dipping sauce was good also. Burger 6/10 and fries 5/10. Overall, satisfied with this place considering food for price.

Got my food took a bite and there was a 6 inch long black hair in my burger. Won't be going back or recommending.

What a huge disappointment this visit. I ordered the #1 combo large. Usually the FF are big enough to share like my daughter and I always did. There was barely enough for one person and they were stone cold. The burger was no better. They put sooooo much mustard on it (which I didn't ask for) you couldn't taste anything else. We had gone through the drive thru on our way back to Monument otherwise I would have taken it back. Luckily my daughter had a better burger. What a let down.

Oh Good times what happened? I used to love your food but today my grandson and I came to get lunch at the drive thru, first mistake for a couple reasons first the guy at the drive thru was rude, acted like we were bothering him being there, the second reason was the quality of food my grandson ordered a chicken sandwich with Mac & cheese I had a deluxe burger with Mac & cheese, that Mac & cheese was dry, rubbery and had no flavor, bet that was made a week ago and my burger what a dry hockey puck that was, the chicken also tasted microwaved after we got the combo meals and the spoon bender and paw bender I spent almost $35 for food that ended up trashed which the restaurant should have done before they served it. What a total disappointment

I went through the drive thru and did the entire process and found out my card didn't work. I didn't have any alternative means of payment on me so I went back home to get some. I came back reminded them who I was and they remembered what my order was without me even saying it. They remade the food without any problems/questions.

Stood in line waiting for someone to take our order. Other prospective diners (who had already ordered) were walking up to the counter to ask why their order wasn't ready yet. Someone came out of kitchen to listen to them, said he didn't know and told them he would find out was wrong. After 5 more minutes no one came out to speak with the people wondering about their orders, nor did anyone appear to take our order. Thus, we turned around and walked out.
