I always like this particular Jimmy John's. However today I picked up 4 sandwiches with the exception of my buddy asking for his bread to be wheat regular bread. So they did that with all the sandwiches and I called the manager and she told me to bring back my other sandwich. How funny 🤣🤣🤣was that! When I drove back to Jimmy John's the manager gave me the correct sandwich but I told her my wife's sandwich was incorrect too and she offered nothing. It's just a few dollars...read full review
Since I got no food they don’t even deserve one star. The store may close at 9:00 although web states 10:00. Came in at 8:50. “Manager” told kid working to come up and take care of his customer while he was doing something near the register. Kid said “I can’t we threw everything away”. Manager then said “well then talk to your customer”. Neither response was appropriate. You are open until your store closing hours state you are open and you should be prepared...read full review
Poor customer service. Sandwich was late and made incorrectly and they didn't want to deliver another sandwich unless I didn't eat the one they made already, even though they told me the new sandwich wouldn't arrive for a long time. They also didn't offer any sort of credit except for a future order, but I live out of town! They made the mistakes, yet I, as the customer, had to suffer. I expected so much better of Jimmy John's!
