Very disappointing. We went to On the Border on cinco de Mayo, they advertised happy hour from 3-6 mon-Friday, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we received information about their Happy Hour and all specials. We ordered our happy hour drinks and were ready to order food when we were informed our drinks were the regular price and there were no Happy hour prices because it was Cinco de Mayo.
