This place has changed, and I'm not sure if it's for the good. It was very quiet - no TVs or music, but there were more people there than I have seen for a while. We had fajitas and they were very good - tender and flavorful without being too spicy to enjoy.

I've been a Fan of On The Border for years! Discovered them in Texas and now at Highlands Ranch in Colorado. Love Love their chips and homemade tortillas and Shrimp Fajitas. Manager Antonio is simply the Best!! This Location is blessed to have him!

Now my favorite restraunt!!
Got the montere ranch fijitas with all the sides (the sides are free), and it is some of the best food I've ever had. However, it is Partially expensive. The chips and salsa come with the table and can be refilled for free. Five stars 🌟.
