I used to looove this place and would regularly order food and drive from Sterling to Holyoke to pick it up but the last 2 times I’ve eaten here the food, even the regular ribs, were entirely too spicy to eat. I felt like I wasted my money. Sadly, unless they dial back the heat and offer hot sauce on the side, I will no longer be frequenting this establishment. Yesterday my husband stopped and got the Philly sandwich and it was so spicy, and this man loves the heat, so for him to say it was too spicy is saying a lot. A sandwich that has no business being spicy……sad day.

Try the candy pork. It’s delicious, but rich. Well rounded bbq. I had the Jack of all trades to try it all.
