“I came here randomly on my way to Chimney Rock several months ago and got the smothered breakfast burrito (with no meat, thank you for accommodating ☺️). It was the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. I've been back in Florida for months now and I still think about it all the time. I also had a nice little matcha beverage. Someday I will come back and get that breakfast burrito again!!!Vegetarian options: They were willing to remove meat from a dish for me :)”
“In Tenerife for 10 days, wanted a break from the all inclusive hotel and ventured out. Don Carlos was a lovely looking place, very welcoming and the food is to die for. Our server was Kevin, very prompt and friendly service. We ordered 4/5 things from the tapas menu for the pair of us, and it didn’t disappoint. The potato’s and two sauces was excellent, spicy sausage and cheese, and the salad was incredible. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get an authentic experience of Spanish tapas and a break from a hotel style menu; absolutely superb.”
“In my honest opinion, BEST FOOD IN HOLYOKE! If you haven’t tried this spot, you’re missing out. Haven’t had a menu item yet that i wouldn’t eat again. Hands down my favorite spot. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed. Excellent customer service every, single, time. Cash only.”
“Yes, in this tiny little town, I had the best pizza I had for years. They do pizza right by heaps of cheese and toppings, not bread! While everyone else props their crust, the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the focus where it should be, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Delicious!”
“In Holyoke for a wedding and looking for a place. Wow. Good and so much food. Not easy to find since sign is small. They only speak Spanish so hard for us.Started with chips and salsas and refried beans. Red salsa will put some hair on your chest. Buggah spicy.Orderd the Carne asada platillo with corn tortillas. Hubs ordered Carne, Barbacoa, and Chicharone Sopes. We ate maybe a third of all our food. Chicharone was the tastiest and the masa base was thin and cripsy. Best we've had. The rest of the meats had lighter flavors so we added a little salt and salsa. Greens super good and fresh. Definitely a place to check out...”
“One of the top links courses in the country. Even with cool weather, we had a great day. The course has many forgiving spots as you play your round. I was pleasantly surprised many times. Love it.”
“A friend took me to Happy Jack's being a Texas man good barbecue, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, it's hard to impress me but they did, also you have to try the fried ”
“We stop here frequently on our way from Denver to NE. Always great! The chicken tacos are street style and are delicious. For vegetarians, go with a burrito - no meat. Excellent. Warning - the red salsa is fiery hot. Go with the green if you like a milder salsa. We usually do the take out window and head to the park just south on Main because we travel with our dog. Enjoy!”
“Went here with friends. Had a nice time. Pretty popular with locals. We had some decent chef salads. Our friends had burritos. They had a salmon special and a steak special, too. That was tempting. We drank seltzers and Blue Moon.”
“The food is amazing. Service is great, and the desserts are absolutely one of a kind. Definitly the place to go in the summertime. Fried ice cream, churros and much more!”
“I enjoyed it a lot, the manager is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggiesKid-friendliness: Had a Christmas tree with candy for the childrenParking: Several good spots around, no problem getting a spot”
“While traveling from Colorado, this is a must stop and try restaurant in Holyoake, just a short drive from southwestern Nebraska, is First Dragon. The food was hot and very delicious. The server was polite and engaging. The interior is simple and not over done. The food is the main reason you eat here. The ding room is large (they have 2)and one thing I noticed that EVERY table had a bottle of sanitizer. I urge you to support this small and extremely good and reasonably priced food!”
“It's a little difficult to walk in and order at counter. I've never been there before so I didn't know the routine. Order, pay, get your own drinks, get your own silverware. The food was very good.”
