Taqueria El Dragon is a restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican dishes, including the carne asada burrito. The burrito is described as being a bit small but reasonably priced at $8. While the salsa rojo is praised, the burrito itself is reported to lack in both flavor and meat. Some customers suggest modifying the dish by adding refried beans and removing the lettuce and sour cream, as this combination is considered unusual. Despite the mixed reviews on the burrito, the restaurant is highly recommended overall, with one customer describing it as the "BEST FOOD IN HOLYOKE." The service is also noted as excellent, and the restaurant is cash-only.
