I really have to say the changes to this store have not gone unnoticed. Today the Phillips County Players hosted the Holyoke Chamber meeting at the Peerless theater. Subway came through with a win today catering lunchboxes for everyone!! Delicious FRESH and nicely packaged too!!! Thank you Subway for the wonderful representation if your brand!!!

My sandwich was wrapped and it look like it has been ran over. If i could give this place a zero I would. The person making the sandwiches was talking more to the oven and the people. I will never return to this place.

The wheat bread for my sandwich was hard and stale. Ate the chicken and threw the bread away. Not what I expect for 15 dollars.

I've never been to this location before, but not for lack of trying. Seems like every time I've tried to go before today, they were closed. There was a fairly new person working today, along with a more seasoned employee. The newbie made a mistake on the register with another customer which then took quite awhile to fix. Team members should also remember that they need to change gloves between going from the register to food. The sandwich was ok.
