As a long time line cook myself 20+ years, I have to say the mushroom Swiss burger I just annihilated was one of the best damn things I've ever eaten!! If you're in the area you'd be a fool to miss out on something so delicious! Seriously...
133 Burger is always a go to when passing through Hotchkiss. We’ve stopped here multiple times and the quality never changes. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. This last trip two of us got the bacon cheeseburger and two of us got the meal deal for the day which was the hickory burger. The meal deal came with fries and a drink For $13.95. The burgers are always quality beef and thick and juicy. The hamburgers are always huge and make it hard to get your mouth wide...
