“They have incredible smoked meats! I found the chicken got dried out a bit much from the smoking, so needed water to wash down each bite, but I believe that's just the nature of chicken meat. The flavors were exceptional, the brisket was brilliant! Their brisket nachos were fantastic, the cowboy bowl with pinto beans was amazing. The Cole slaw is a vinegar, not creamy, type, which I enjoyed, but if you don't like vinegar, it might not be for you. Sweet potato fries are waffle cut and have good flavor.”

“Best Mexican food in the town of Paonia. Large portions and the food comes out fast. Delicious Quaso and chips with a super yummy salsa. definitely don't skip on the quaso. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything you order will most likely be absolutely Delicious.”
