Absolutely amazing sweet staff! Great food and awesome drinks! Cute little space!
We had an amazing dinner recently at 320. I had grilled elk with some tasteful additions: avocado, sliced and grilled jalapeño loaf, zucchini, and home baked bread. I chose Snow Cap Cider as a beverage and butterscotch bread pudding for dessert. A friend had homemade pasta which she said was delicious. I would add, it's much roomier inside than you would expect and the decor is very classy.
Had a great meal there with my Dad for Father’s Day. We both had three 20 burgers which were very tasty & filling. Thanks chef Mike and the amazing waitstaff there!

Three20 Bar & Grill offers an incredible dining experience. The kitchen is immaculately organized and focused, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features creative cocktails and approachable fine dining options, including a delicious kale Caesar salad and fresh pasta. The salmon is cooked to perfection, and the homemade sourdough is a special treat. The service is exceptional, with a knowledgeable bartender and a vast wine list. The Wagyu steak was unbelievably tender and grilled to perfection. The staff is darling and so informed. They also have a burger special on Mondays. The decor is very classy, and it is much roomier inside than you would expect. The atmosphere is cozy and bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The cocktails are always excellent. The food is fresh and delicious. The short ribs were perfect. The carrot cake was so good. This is a hidden gem. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Farm to table, delicious flavors celebrated by a creative menu of interesting cocktails and an array of flavorful food. The menu is marked with gluten free items and they are ultra careful with cross contamination. Had a wonderful burger and wonderful Caesar salad with steak.
