Food & service excellent ate there twice wanted to go back last nite there but nope other guys wanted that taco place not even close to as good but I’ll eat there when we go back for sure
Best dang Navajo tacos in Colorado. I was born and raised in New Mexico and I know what I'm talking about. It's a little different here and there but they stand up against any I had back home. Great greenchile chicken sauce on a sopapilla with fresh lettuce and tomato and cheese on top. Well done!
Pat's is a must go when I am in Hotchkiss! This cozy and fun restaurant really caters to the western slope small town vibe, AND the food and service are truly amazing! Definitely check it out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
