My wife and I have been to this restaurant a couple times now and we love it! The atmosphere is cozy and bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The cocktails are always excellent! The food is fresh and delicious. We both had the short ribs and they were perfect! The only thing we would suggest is a little more of the sauce because it was so good that we wanted more for our mashed potatoes. The carrot cake was so good too!

This is a hidden gem located in Hotchkiss. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Farm to table, delicious flavors celebrated by a creative menu of interesting cocktails and an array of flavorful food. The menu is marked with gluten free items and they are ultra careful with cross contamination. Couldn’t ask for more!!

Just had a great dinner at 320! Had a wonderful burger and wonderful Caesar salad with steak! plus wine and dessert 🍷 Fun music and fun conversation with owners at bar!! Can't wait to go back soon 👍🍷

Very cute place with great ambiance. However, we were disappointed in the food. We got two appetizers to share, and the scallops were overcooked but had decent flavor, however the mushroom raviolis were bland and underwhelming. None at our table enjoyed the complimentary rolls as they were DENSE and dry. The waygu beef was flavorful, cooked well, and super tender, but the elk was dry, gamey, and desperately needed a sauce. This is only the second day of the menu, but I hope they figure it out soon and make some improvements.

Went to their 1st Brunch. They're still working it out, but once in flow, I think it'll be a good spot for Sunday Brunch. Eggs Benedict- had a good hollandaise & a thick piece of ham. Yes, it was only served with 1 egg. Yes, it should've been 2 for the size & price. But again, it's their 1st & still working out kinks. Three20 Breakfast- they didn't do the steak to temp because of the cut. But it was still a beautiful Medium pink center. To be honest, the potatoes tasted like they were pre- cooked than sat. They were ok flavor wise. They were just chewy, not crisp Not pictured- house coffee (1 refill), Millionaire Coffe & Mimosa.

My Best friend took Me to the restaurant for my Birthday dinner, The waitress was wonderful. We ordered the Wagyu Beef Dinner and it was Amazing , The Wagyu Beef cooked to perfection, The vegetables were great, Loved the mashed Potatoes and the Carrot cake was Yummy.☺️ We had our own section to eat.
Finally having a great breakfast place in town makes all the difference ! Amazing food, drinks and fast service! Highly recommend

They're open for Sunday Brunch from 9 am til 2 pm. A lovely crew and good food. Hubby had the Three 20 Breakfast of Wagyu steak, eggs, truffle potatoes, fried tomato, and toast with butter and delicious mixed berry jam. Highly recommend.
