Good coffee and hearty delicious breakfast sandwiches. It takes about 15 minutes, but they are not pre-made, so totally worth the wait. Great outdoor seating and indoors have a cozy setting with a small gift shop. I ordered a salted caramel latte. It came with a homemade sweet cream foam. Yummy! If you're in Hotchkiss, be sure to stop.
Place seemed clean. I was slightly taken aback when I was told that they don't do blended drinks. I ordered a caramel machiato but it was prepared as a latte. Was not impressed with the overall taste of my food or pastry. Service was fast, place was clean.
Based on only 1 time going this is a great stop coffee shop. My companion was instantly charmed by the ambiance, outside full of flowers and unique knick knacks give the eyes plenty to feast on. Inside the shop is a cute little gift store with even more artisanal rarities. My companion thoroughly enjoyed her coffee which is the main point and mine was "just good enough."
