Use to be good, the last 3 times I have placed an order for pickup it has been completely messed up. Pay for 2x meat get the regular amount, got Italian bread, gave me some kind of bread with seeds....gross. it's always the same person. Can never call, never know when a manager is in or maybe that is the manager who knows. This place has gone down hill. Use to rave about it. So disappointed. It's always something wrong and when you pay 15$ or so for a sandwhich it should at least be right! Miss the lady that use to work here. I use to recommend, now I suggest you go to our town restaurant, they are 2000% better and very friendly.

I just took food from here and there was a guy with glasses. A very bad guy, he does not respect the customers at all. He has a very bad job, he does not behave well with the customers at all. Very bad!

Stopped on the way up north and from the start the shift leader there at night was very curt and kept making mistakes which we understood cause it’s late and she was the only one there. She then let our food sit while she went to help a new customer. In the time of our sandwiches sitting there flies landed on them and when we asked if she would remake it seeing that flies were on them she snapped saying “I can’t help the flies” which we understand but no one would eat food which flies have sat on. She then proceeded to aggressively tops the sandwich and slammed the glass down and proceeded to have an attitude with us.

We stopped by to try the churro. There were 3 employees there but only one serving customers, the poor girl looked overwhelmed. And the churro was not even edible after the wait. ?
