I normally wouldn't have bothered to give a review. The food and lunch experience was exactly what you'd expect from a Carl's Jr/Hardee's but this location has a senior woman taking orders (while seated but whatever) who is so delightful and kind. Her customer service gets the whole joint a 5 star review.

Atmosphere was delightful. Burger? That double stack of goodness went straight down my gullet. Service? Linda was wonderful and served me with passion. When I look back at my life and think about my haves and have nots, I’m glad a made the trip to this very special Carl’s Jr. Made my day and week. Club music blaring as walked in. Did not add boba to my lemonade as ordered, gave me a single when I ordered a double. She was trying to tell me they only offer singles. She finally slapped another pattie on. Don't usually give reviews but when they screw up most of your order.

Linda is great manager with a great team at the Idaho Springs location. This location is spotless clean, food is prepared well, and served with a smile and with consistancy. The best Carl Jr in Colorado in my humble opinion!
