So glad we decided to grab lunch in Idaho Springs and stop here specifically. My girlfriend has Celiac disease, so we're always looking for gluten free spots, and they have plenty of options for her. To top it off, our server Connor was absolutely awesome. His recs were on point, and he provided us with excellent service. We will definitely stop through here again between ski resorts and Denver again soon!

Great food. Amazing bar tender. A little strange they wouldn't seat us at the open tables (15 minute wait) but we sat at the bar and had a great conversation with the bartender. The Reuben was great. Cider was awesome with some great local picks.

The food was amazing, and our waiter Connor was THE BEST! He catered to the 9 of us so nicely and was so patient even though he had lots of other tables to serve. His recommendations were spot on with the cider, Caesar salad, chili, he had great hearing, and he even edited a dish so that my vegetarian sister could eat it (as well as making sure she got a birthday brownie for her big day). Would come back just to see Connor and eat the delicious Mac n cheese! Connor legit runs this place and we would vote for him if he ran for mayor.

This was our final stop before the final leg of our trip to Silverthorne. Cute town with a nice vibe and easy to hop off the highway. Try the pineapple cider, and you'll be very surprised at how light and crisp it is.Vegetarian options: I ordered the vegan chili and the brussels/kale salad....so good! I had to take most of the salad in a carryout since the chili was very filling. Some places put 1 veggie/vegan option on a menu to "check the box"... but Clear Creek Cidery knows and respects the vegetarian palatte!

Conner is the best server! Told us all the ciders - gave us excellent suggestions. We had the best time. The food is the best we have had! Chicken tenders breaded just right - fry’s hot!
