I live in Longmont and when I go into the mountains from I-70 I stop here. The fountain drinks are good enough to stop. Just left the hot springs and needed a bite to eat before getting on the road to Denver and this place hit the spot! Suuuuper nice people working there and fast, tasty food! I had the veggie dog added sauerkraut, my boyfriend had the classic and we were both very impressed. Tasty toppings and soft buns. Definitely stop here next time you're passing through

I am originally from the Chicago area, and I helped my Dad run a hot dog stand in our local community for 9 years. Because of this, I have eaten an estimated 1,700 hot dogs in my lifetime, and I consider myself a hot dog connoisseur--of Chicago dogs specifically. I am thrilled to tell you that Conrad's Hot Dog Company does not disappoint!!!My husband and I had lunch here two days in a row while spending our anniversary weekend in Idaho Springs, and we were so impressed--not only by the quality of food, but also by the kind hospitality of the owners, Jennifer and Sean. Their place is also the cleanest restaurant I have ever experienced (besides my dad's, of course!).My husband and I were raving about this place so much, that we have already planned a trip back to Idaho Springs for my Dad's birthday so he can enjoy these authentic and delicious Chicago hot dogs with us. See you again soon!!

Absolutely Delicious!!!!! Passing through town looking for a Cafe but so glad we found this! Conrad’s immediately drew our attention and did not disappoint! We tried the Italian Beef, Chicago Dog and Chili cheese fries. Everything was outstanding! Service was exceptional as well! Definitely had the Italian family feel! We will be back!

We love a great hot dog place and Conrad’s is! We had the Chicago and East coast along with fries. All made fast and to order with the hot dogs having a nice snap when I bit and the fries piping hot. A nice standing counter to eat at ended up giving us the best wildlife viewing of the day as a small herd of bighorn rams sauntered about across the road on the hillside. Service was uber friendly and welcoming too.
