Even one star is high, my good had zero salt and flavor, and the person catering to me was extremely rude!
For the price, this is absolutely an excellent place for lunch.

I’ve read reviews complaining about the rudity, but I think the owner directness js misunderstood. I’m vegetarian and the owner was thoughtful to prepare a vegetarian pho for me and cared about how I’d like the food cooked. He was sincere and the meal tasted really good.

The owner of that old space is rude . He creates bad reputation for that little town .
This is hands down THE BEST Asian cuisine I've ever had, anywhere!!
With the most charming server who exudes the Spirit of the happy Buddha.
Who charmingly carries out the magic from the kitchen. I highly recommend to anyone.

AVOID. The guy is a scammer. I ordered a $10.95 meal and he charged me $16.95 and said it was “taxes” and a 10% price increase. That doesn’t come close to $16.95. He got belligerent with me and wouldn’t take a credit card. So unnecessary. If you want to charge more, update your menu. He was just sitting watching tv.

We’ve been to Eric’s many times in the past but after going for dinner this evening we decided that we will never eat there again. We used to overlook the grimy dining room and rude service in lieu of cheap tasty Chinese food but not only has the quality of the food gone down, the prices of the food have significantly increased. To top it all off a grumpy old man is now ruder than he’s ever been. He has a little sign posted that the prices have gone up 10% above what’s printed on the menus but his math just doesn’t add up. It’s more along the lines of a 25-30% increase. I get it, reprinting menus is expensive but the least he could do is cover the prices with white tape and write in the new values. That doesn’t cost any money and he’s got all the time in the world. Instead he’s lazy and would rather argue with his loyal customers when they call him out on his deceptive approach at offsetting his menu prices.

The food here is terrible. Also, the owner is terrible… The last time I was there, he was rude and his fingernails were so dirty. It made me wish I hadn’t ordered from there, but I just paid and left. I decided to give them a second chance and I called in and ordered for pick up when I asked the owner Eric if the sesame chicken was good, he yelled at me about how is he supposed to answer a question like that so he’ll just say no… And I said no? And he started yelling again about it’s a dumb question like he was having some kind of a mental breakdown. I just told him to cancel everything and I’ll never be going back there or calling them again. The owner should not be answering the phone and taking orders if he can’t answer a simple question without flying off the handle like a lunatic. He’s got a horrible personality and is crazy rude.

PRICES NOT AS ADVERTISED!
Service was not bad but also not amazing, not a huge issue.
Food was acceptable, not awful, but at the low end of the “asian” food I’ve had.
Atmosphere left a lot to be desired… a LOT.
Worst part is, the food was about 25% more expensive when paying the bill versus on the menu. Which is unacceptable.

I’m sorry to give a bad review as the service was friendly - but the food left a lot to be desired and I found the place to be generally unclean.

The Pad Thai tasted like it was made with ketchup—too sweet and not authentic. Prices were inconsistent with the menu. Overall, a disappointing experience.
