This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We went through the drive through and got an Iced caramel macchiato. It was warm and not a layered drink like it was supposed to be. They corrected the mistake but when we went through later my boyfriends dad had a quarter pounder missing a bottom bun. I got another macchiato that was also made incorrectly. I don’t say this lightly, because I don’t like bashing places, but the McDonalds in Idaho Springs has gone down the toilet. Again, I don’t say this lightly. I’ve worked at that McDonalds, I was around to see it in all its glory. But the customer service is terrible, the quality of the food has gone down big time, it’s unsanitary and the last 6 or so times I’ve visited it, my order has been wrong.
